Thank you for shopping with The Lucky Toadstool. We take great pride in our handcrafted products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receipt of goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom and made-to-order items
• Quilts and quilted items

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at luckytoadstooldesigns@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Do not send items back without first contacting us — returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

If your return is approved, you will be refunded the purchase price less the original shipping charge. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at luckytoadstooldesigns@gmail.com so we can make it right.
